DOD proposed rule on past performance of subcontractors

In a May 20, 2021 Federal Register notice, the Defense Department "is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement a section of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 that establishes a requirement for use of the best available information regarding past performance of subcontractors and joint venture partners when awarding DOD contracts for construction and architect-engineer services."
