DOD reprogramming request for Gray Eagle UAS replacement

In an Aug. 26, 2016, reprogramming request signed by Pentagon Comptroller Mike McCord, the Defense Department seeks congressional permission to reallocate $27.3 million to replace unmanned aircraft systems destroyed in the fight against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.
