DOD rule on management of the procurement technical assistance agreement program

On June 9, 2023 the Defense Department published a rule "that transfers responsibilities for carrying out the procurement technical assistance cooperative agreement program from the Director of the Defense Logistics Agency to the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment."
