Federal Claims Court's decision on SpaceX LSA challenge

In an Aug. 28, 2019 decision, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims dismisses SpaceX's challenge of the Air Force's Launch Services Agreement award decision, finding the company's complaint does not fall within its jurisdiction and directing the case to be transferred to a California District Court.
