GAO decision on SBX contract protest

In an April 25, 2017, decision publicly released June 5, 2017, the Government Accountability Office's comptroller general partially sustained and partially denied a protest by Jacksonville, FL-based TOTE Services of a contract awarded to Norfolk, VA-based U.S. Marine Management for operation and maintenance of Military Sealift Command's Sea-Based X-Band Radar vessel.
