GAO report on LANL contractor

The June 14, 2022 Government Accountability Office report finds that a new Los Alamos National Laboratory contractor "has taken positive steps toward improving safety, such as improving policies and practices around reporting safety issues. However, several incidents and injuries indicate that the contractor has not yet fully integrated lessons learned from past safety errors into laboratory operations."
