GAO report on surge sealift, combat logistics fleets

The Aug. 22, 2017, Government Accountability Office report recommends "the Navy incorporate leading practices for capital planning in a comprehensive sealift recapitalization plan and assess the effects of widely distributed operations on the combat logistics force."
