Khanna, Markey 'ICBM Act'

On March 26, 2021 House Armed Services Committee member Ro Khanna (D-CA) and Senate Foreign Relations East Asia subcommittee Chairman Ed Markey (D-MA) introduced the Investing in Cures Before Missiles (ICBM) Act that would stop the further development of the Pentagon's new Ground Based Strategic Deterrent intercontinental ballistic missile and direct those savings toward development of a universal coronavirus vaccine.
