Lawmakers' letter on possible Global Hawk retirement

In a Dec. 19, 2019 letter, Rep. Kelly Armstrong (R-ND) and Sens. John Hoeven (R-ND) and Kevin Cramer (R-ND) urge Defense Secretary Mark Esper to reject any proposal to retire a portion of the RQ-4 Global Hawk fleet.
