Lord memo on new DOD pricing chief

In a Nov. 6, 2020 memo, Pentagon acquisition chief Ellen Lord announces the naming of John Tenaglia principal director of defense pricing and contracting, while Kim Herrington, who had been acting in the role, has become director of industrial base acquisition portfolio management.
