Naval Readiness Act

On April 16, 2021 House Armed Services seapower and projection forces subcommittee Ranking Member Rob Wittman (R-VA) and readiness subcommittee Chairman John Garamendi (D-CA) submitted a bill to indefinitely extend the Annual Report on Material Readiness of Navy Ships, and therefore the Board of Inspection and Survey, or INSURV.
