OMB report on procurement through commercial e-commerce portals

On April 30, 2019 the White House Office of Management and Budget submitted a report to Congress required by the Fiscal Year 2018 National Defense Authorization Act on "a multiphased implementation plan for a program to be established and managed by the General Services Administration (GSA) to procure commercial products through commercial e-commerce portals."
