Sea-based deterrence fund reprogramming action

In an Oct. 21, 2021 reprogramming action, Pentagon Comptroller Michael McCord transfers nearly $2.7 billion "from the Shipbuilding and Conversion, Navy, 22/26, appropriation to the National Sea-Based Deterrence Fund."
