Senate hearing on SOCOM, CYBERCOM

On Feb. 14, 2019 the Senate Armed Services Committee held a hearing with Assistant Secretary Of Defense for Special Operations And Low-Intensity Conflict Owen West, U.S. Special Operations Command chief Gen. Raymond Thomas, and U.S. Cyber Command chief Gen. Paul Nakasone to discuss the fiscal year 2020 defense authorization bill.
