DOD plans to spend at least $21B on EW development in next five years

Pentagon spending on electronic-warfare research and development is projected to exceed $5 billion in fiscal year 2019 and to remain above $4 billion through FY-23, as the military continues to assess what technologies it needs to control the electromagnetic spectrum.
