BMDO DIRECTOR OUTLINES HIGH-RISK AREAS FOR U.S. MISSILE DEFENSE

Army Lt. Gen. Malcolm O'Neill, who will be retiring this spring as director of the Ballistic Missile Defense Organization (BMDO), told a Senate Armed Services subcommittee recently that one of the biggest challenges his organization continues to confront is "the coupling of one service's sensor to another service's weapon."
