Northrop Grumman to buy Orbital ATK

Northrop Grumman said early Monday it will acquire Orbital ATK in a $9.2 billion deal meant to bolster Northrop's capabilities in space and missile defense. Under the deal, Northrop will pay $7.8 billion in cash and assume $1.4 billion in net debt. Orbital ATK shareholders will receive cash consideration of $134.50 per share, Northrop said.
