BAE Systems Completes South Africa Sale

BAE Systems announced today it has completed the sale of its 75 percent holding in BAE Systems Land Systems South Africa.

The sale was to Denel Limited. The divestiture, the company said, is meant to focus BAE on its core capabilities.
