CACI acquires Ascent Vision Technologies

CACI International said today it has acquired Ascent Vision Technologies, which specializes in technology for unmanned aircraft systems, air defense and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"AVT provides low size, weight, power and cost (SWAP-C) electro-optical, infrared (EO/IR) imaging systems designed for airborne, ground, and maritime platforms, delivering effective ISR and target acquisition capabilities for day and night operations," the company said.
