CSRA said this week sales in the company's most recent fiscal year, which ended March 31, hit nearly $5 billion, up from almost $4.3 billion a year earlier.
The company's profit for the year reached $304 million, up from $87 million the prior year.
CSRA also announced it has agreed to acquire NES Associates, which "will bring us strong competitive advantage in a number of large, near-term IT network opportunities."
According to its website, the Alexandria, VA-based NES Associates provides network engineering and IT services.
