Forcepoint, the cybersecurity company created by Raytheon through a deal with Websense, said this week that its board has named Matthew Moynahan chief executive, effective May 9.
Moynahan, 45, will take over from John McCormack, who previously was CEO of Websense. McCormack will remain a strategic adviser to the board through the end of the year.
Moynahan joins from Arbor Networks, an operating company of Danaher Corp., which was recently acquired by NetScout Systems. He has also worked at Reciprocal, Symantec and Veracode.
