General Dynamics adds Wall to board

General Dynamics said today its board has elected Peter Wall, former chief of the general staff for the British Army, as a director, effective immediately.

Wall, who retired from the British Army in 2014, is now director of Amicus, a strategic leadership advisory company, GD said in its announcement.
