Harris Corp. said today that Rahul Ghai, a former Aetna executive, has been named chief financial officer, effective Feb. 11.
He succeeds Mick Lopez, who Harris said is leaving "to pursue other opportunities."
Ghai came to Harris last year as vice president of finance, overseeing the integration of Exelis. Before that, he was vice president of financial planning and integration at Aetna, where he managed Aetna's acquisition of Coventry Healthcare. He also spent 12 years at United Technologies, working in its aerospace and commercial business units.
