1. The Air Force confirmed this week it will ask Congress to reprogram an additional $183 million for the Ground-Based Strategic Deterrent this year, hoping the intercontinental ballistic missile modernization program will remain ahead of schedule.

2. The Air Force has selected Boeing as the aircraft integrator for the B-52 re-engining program, and expects to have an approved acquisition strategy for the effort by September.
