MacAulay-Brown acquires Enlighten IT

Enlighten IT Consulting, which has created a platform to fight cyberattacks against the Pentagon and other government agencies, said this week it has been acquired by contractor MacAulay-Brown.

Under the deal, Enlighten IT will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of MacB. Enlighten IT said in its announcement the combination will provide it access to a broader group of customers.

MacB, based in Dayton, OH, has more than 1,500 employees focused on electronic warfare intelligence and military operations, training, analysis, cyber systems development and manufacturing and product development.
