ManTech Acquires Cybersecurity Company

ManTech International said today it has acquired Reston, VA-based Knowledge Consulting Group, a cybersecurity company that serves government agencies and commercial businesses.

The deal adds more than 200 employees to ManTech's mission, cyber and intelligence solutions group. KCG counts among its clients the Department of Homeland Security and the Justice Department.
