ManTech Acquires Welkin Associates

ManTech International announced Tuesday it has acquired Welkin Associates, formerly a wholly owned subsidiary of CSC, for $34 million.

Welkin works with intelligence and Pentagon agencies, focused on high-end systems engineering and national security technology and business services. Welkin will become part of ManTech's mission, cyber and intelligence solutions group, the contractor said.
