Navy commercial cloud services

The Navy's chief information officer has issued updated guidance for acquiring commercial cloud services.

In a May 17 memo, Robert Foster delegates final approval authority for Navy and Marine Corps commercial cloud services business case analyses to the deputy Navy and Marine Corps CIOs.

The Navy CIO will retain "final approval authority of Secretariat [business case analyses]," according to the memo.
