Witnesses include Sean J. Stackley, the Navy's acquisition chief; Rear Adm. Donald Gaddis, program executive officer for tactical aircraft; Rear Adm. Thomas Moore, program executive officer for aircraft carriers; Rear Adm. Michael Manazir, director of air warfare; J. Michael Gilmore, the Pentagon's director of operational test and evaluation; and Paul Francis, managing director of acquisition and sourcing management at the Government Accountability Office.
Meanwhile, Huntington Ingalls, Orbital ATK and Engility are all scheduled to report their second quarter earnings.
