Ground-Based Midcourse Defense DSC Final Request For Proposals

On Dec. 2, 2010, the Missile Defense Agency released the final request for proposals "pursuant a competitive acquisition for the Development and Sustainment Contract (DSC) inclusive of the future development; fielding; test; systems engineering, integration and configuration management; equipment manufacturing and refurbishment; training; and operations and sustainment support for the Ground-based Midcourse Defense (GMD) system and associated support facilities." Includes a Federal Business Opportunities notice as well as a DSC RFP executive summary letter, the statement of work and other related documents.
