2011 House Full Year Continuing Resolution

On Dec. 7, 2010, the House Appropriations Committee released the bill summary and bill text for the fiscal year 2011 full year funding resolution, which freezes FY-11 discretionary appropriations at the FY-10 level, providing $45.9 billion less than President Obama requested for the year.
