MDA's Revised GMD Request For Proposals

On Dec. 22, 2010, the Missile Defense Agency issued revised documentation on its Ground-based Midcourse Defense development and sustainment request for proposals. Includes a revised statement of work, transition strategy, compliance matrix, industry comments and clarifications, and a Ground-Based Interceptor "section tracker."
