Sen. Collins' Letter On Defense Funding

In a March 1, 2011, letter, to the Senate majority and minority leaders, Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) reiterates her "strong belief that the Senate must pass, as soon as possible, a funding bill that provides the Department of Defense the resources it needs to sustain current operations and readiness and to prepare to meet future challenges."
