DOD Memo On Defense Environmental Restoration Program Goals

In a July 18, 2011, memo to the service installations and environment chiefs, acting Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Installations and Environment John Conger announces that the Office of the Secretary of Defense "is establishing Response Complete (RC) goals for Installation Restoration Program (IRP) (which include the newly eligible sites) and Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) sites at active installations, and for IRP sites at Formerly Used Defense Site (FUDS) properties."
