NORAD Statement On Arctic Cooperation Agreement

The Dec. 11, 2012, statement announces that North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command chief Gen. Charles Jacoby and his Canadian counterpart had signed a document on Arctic cooperation as well as a separate agreement on a training and exercise statement of intent.
