Rep. Rogers' FY-13 Defense Appropriations Bill, CR

On March 4, 2013, House Appropriations Committee Chairman Hal Rogers (R-KY) introduced the fiscal year 2013 defense appropriations bill which also includes a continuing resolution to fund all other government agencies "to prevent a government shutdown and continue government operations until the end of the fiscal year on September 30, 2013 (H.R. 933)."
