Army Leaders' Message On Sequestration

In a March 4, 2013 service-wide message, Army Secretary John McHugh, Chief of Staff Gen. Raymond Odierno and Sargeant Major of the Army Raymond Chandler call on all service personnel to "remain focused on the fundamentals" in the face of sequestration.
