DOD Reprogramming Request For Philippine Government Funding

In an Aug. 12, 2013, reprogramming request, Pentagon Comptroller Robert Hale seeks congressional authorization to shift $24 million from the Defense Security Cooperation Agency to the Global Security Contingency Fund to help the Philippine government transition some of its missions from the military to civilian law enforcement.
