House Hearing On The Navy's 30-Year Shipbuilding Plan

On Oct. 23, 2013, the House Armed Services seapower and projection forces subcommittee held a hearing on "An Independent Assessment of the Navy's 30-year Shipbuilding Plan." Includes the opening statement of subcommittee Chairman Randy Forbes (R-VA) as well as the prepared testimony of Eric Labs from the Congressional Budget Office and Ronald O'Rourke from the Congressional Research Service.
