DOD's 2013 Annual Industrial Capabilities Report

The October 2013 Defense Department report to Congress "includes a description of methods and analyses employed to identify and evaluate industrial and technological capabilities, a summary of descriptions of industrial and technological capabilities assessments completed in 2012, and a summary of instances in which the department undertook special actions to sustain industrial capabilities to meet projected and actual operational requirements."
