Breedlove: U.S. Should Halt Europe Force Structure Cuts

In light of events in Ukraine, the Pentagon should halt planned reductions to its force structure in Europe and consider adding more rotational forces, U.S. European Command chief and NATO Supreme Allied Commander Gen.
