Army RFI For ARL-E Mission Equipment Payload

On July 28, 2014, the Army announced it is seeking industry feedback on draft specifications for the upgraded version of its aerial intelligence gathering system's sensor payloads. The draft Performance Based Specification labeled "for official use only" lays out the system-level requirements for the Airborne Reconnaissance Low-Enhanced (ARL-E) Mission Equipment Payload (MEP). Also includes a pair of draft performance work statements.
