JSTARS Draft Requirements Document Notice

On Oct. 2, 2014, the program office overseeing the Air Force's Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System recapitalization effort announced it would provide a draft requirements document to industry on Oct. 6 that would define the future platform's functional and performance requirements.
