Lockheed expects to complete Sikorsky buy, services review by end of year

Lockheed Martin executives said Tuesday the defense contractor is on pace to complete two major reshaping initiatives by the end of the year. Marillyn Hewson, the company's chief executive, told analysts during a Tuesday call that Lockheed expects to complete in 2015 its acquisition of Sikorsky and its strategic review of some of its services businesses.
