Navy received approval recently to kickoff MQ-4C operational assessment

The Navy was recently approved to kickoff its operational assessment for the MQ-4C Triton unmanned air vehicle after a several-months delay due to continued integration work, according to a service spokeswoman. The schedule slipped because the program worked to ensure Triton had solid system stability and performance entering into the OA, Navy spokeswoman Jamie Cosgrove wrote in a Nov. 12 email to Inside the Navy .
