Air Force actively seeking funds for JSTARS radar risk reduction in FY-16

The Air Force is seeking funds in fiscal year 2016, earlier than anticipated, for radar risk reduction on its Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System recapitalization program, according to a Dec. 8 Federal Business Opportunities notice. Industry attendees indicated in the notice that a 2017 award date for risk-reduction work "seems a little late."
