Navy working toward 100 percent organic manpower goal for ALIS

The Navy is working toward its goal of having sailors operate the Joint Strike Fighter's Autonomic Logistics Information System 100 percent of the time and not rely on Lockheed Martin personnel by 2021, according to a service spokeswoman.
