DOD IG report on cloud computing

In a Dec. 28, 2015, report, the Defense Department inspector general states that the Pentagon "cannot measure the effectiveness of the DOD cloud computing initiative" because the department's chief information officer shop failed to maintain a "comprehensive list" of these contracts.
