Gen. Otto offers vision for fiscal year 2017 Air Force ISR budget

The Air Force is eying fiscal year 2017 investments in its high-altitude, unmanned platform transition plan, autonomous vehicle research and development, as well as analysis and targeting, according to the service's deputy chief of staff for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance. In a Jan. 7 interview with Inside the Air Force , Lt. Gen. Robert Otto laid out his vision for the FY-17 budget.
