U.S.-China commission RFP for Chinese robotics report

In a Jan. 13, 2015, request for proposals, the United States-China Security Review Commission seeks information on the state of industrial robotics research and development, production, and consumption in China, as well as the "the level of interest of the Chinese government and the [People's Liberation Army] in the military applications of robotics."
